Refund & Return Policy

Didn’t like your AL-MHAF Fragrance scent? No worries! You can return or exchange your order within 5 days of delivery with nominal handling charges. We want you to love your fragrance experience!

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you must raise a return request within 5 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

✔ Product must be unopened, unused, with original packaging.
✔ Return request must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The product is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item

Exchange & Replacement

✔ Replacement Will Be Done In 7 days After Raising the Request.

Refunds

No worries — fragrance preferences vary!

Simply send us a WhatsApp message with pictures or an unboxing video on the same day you receive the order. We'll process a replacement or refund based on verification.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
